Shipping policy
Processing your order
Every order is processed and packed by our team before it leaves our warehouse in the EU. As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.
Carriers
We work with several carrier partners — including DHL, PostNord, Bring, Posti, UPS and Deutsche Post — and route each order through whichever of them serves your destination best. This means the exact carrier and delivery method can differ by country, which is why we give estimated ranges below rather than a single fixed promise.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are counted in business days from when your order leaves the warehouse, and can vary depending on your exact location, the carrier used, and customs processing for international orders.
Sweden, Denmark & Finland: usually 1–4 business days
Rest of the EU (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria and similar): usually 1–5 business days
Southern & Eastern Europe and more remote regions (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus and similar): usually 3–9 business days
Rest of the world (UK, USA, Canada, and other international destinations): usually 2–10 business days, and in some cases up to 13 business days depending on the destination and customs handling
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs delays and peak-season volume can occasionally push a delivery outside these windows.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and order weight.
Customs, duties & import taxes
Every APRÍ order ships from within the European Union. For orders delivered within the EU, the price you pay at checkout is final — there are no additional customs charges.
For orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes are calculated and included in your total at checkout. The price you pay is the price you pay — nothing extra is due on delivery.
For orders shipped to other destinations outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes on arrival. Where they apply, these are set and collected by customs authorities and the delivering carrier — not by APRÍ — and are the responsibility of the recipient, usually payable before or on delivery. We can't quote an exact figure, as it depends on the rules in force in your country when your parcel arrives.
If potential duties affect your decision to order, write to us at admin@aprisportswear.com before you buy and we'll give you a straight answer.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow it to your door. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or something looks off, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier directly.
